The Noemi 3% Cream Developer is the perfect partner for the Noemi Hybrid Lash & Brow Dye, delivering consistent, flawless colour results every time. Formulated specifically for professional lash and brow artists, this gentle oxidant activates the hybrid dye to ensure rich, long-lasting colour with optimal coverage on both hair and skin.

Its creamy, non-drip texture makes application smooth and precise, reducing mess and ensuring even pigment distribution.

Noemi 3% Solution is a cream texture, 14ml and is used with the Noemi Hybrid Dyes.

1: Preparation

Remove contact lenses and clean the eyebrow/eyelash area with an oil-free cleanser
To achieve optimum results, use Saline Solution to remove oil and residue.

2: Mix & Apply

Mix your chosen shade with the 3% solution in the same ratio (1:1) until a creamy and smooth consistency is obtained. Then apply the mixture to the lashes &/or brows

3: Processing Time

• Noemi has a processing time of 10-15 minutes, which allows you to customise the intensity based on the client's preferences and natural brow colour.
  A 7-10 minute application delivers a subtle, natural look, while leaving it on for up to 15 minutes creates a bolder effect with longer-lasting results.
• To achieve a stunning ombre effect, we recommend removing the dye from the front of the brow after 1-2 minutes. This technique adds depth and dimension to the brows, preventing a blocky appearance on the front!
• If you are applying Noemi Dye after lamination, keep in mind that processing times may be quicker as the hair absorbs pigment much faster! We always recommend applying the dye after step 2 of the lamination process.

4: Ready!

• Remove tint using cotton wool pads and water
• Results will vary depending on the type of skin, colour type and individual organism characteristics
