23.03.26 – International Shipments Update (Airspace Restrictions Notice)

Due to current airspace restrictions affecting certain regions, we are still accepting orders; however, we are unable to dispatch them until these restrictions are lifted. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel your order prior to shipment, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover transaction and processing costs charged to us by payment providers and our website platform.

24.03.26 – International Shipments Update (Duties & Taxes Notice)

Please note that Australian GST is removed for international orders. Taxes and duties may still be payable upon arrival in your country, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer, except for shipments to the United States and Canada.

Canada – Duties and taxes are collected at checkout.

United States – Import duties are collected at checkout. Sales tax is not collected at this time, and you may be responsible for any applicable state use tax.

We get it — waiting isn’t fun. That’s why we dispatch orders every business day.

Place your order by 2 PM (Mon–Fri) and it will be shipped the same day. Delivery time will depend on the shipping option selected.

Order by 12:30 PM (Mon–Fri) and receive your order the same day.

This service includes Authority to Leave (ATL). If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please do not select this option.

A return and redelivery fee will apply if the parcel cannot be delivered.

Australia – Standard Shipping

  • Orders $0 – $169.99 = $10
  • Orders $170+ = Free Standard Shipping

Australia – Express Shipping

  • Orders $0 – $169.99 = $13.99
  • Orders $170 – $449.99 = $9.99
  • Orders $450+ = Free Express Shipping

International – Express Air

  • Orders $0–$499.99 = $24.99–$59.99
  • Orders $500+ = Free

Orders under $500 AUD are charged between $24.99 and $59.99, depending on your shipping zone. All international orders over $500 AUD receive free express air shipping.

Shipping Policy

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or an unclaimed item, we can resend it; however, shipping charges will apply again.

If we are unable to contact you within 10 business days, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus the original shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee.
