The Bronsun Milk-Cream Developer 3% is a specially developed oxidant designed to be used with Bronsun Eyelash & Eyebrow Dye.

Bronsun Eyelash and Eyebrow Dye evenly tints skin and hair, providing an intense and bright result. Lasts up to 7 days on the skin and up to 7 weeks on hairs.
